Meet Tanya Grant...
Tanya Grant is an award winning, solution-based brand specialist, a multiple international number one best-selling co-author, public speaker and Founder of The TNG Designs Group Limited. She has spoken on stages and many podcast interviews on the importance of branding in building up your visibility and status. Through her work, she has worked with many SMEs and collaborated with global brands such as Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, and Miss Selfridge, so it’s fair to say that she knows what it takes for a brand to become noteworthy.
Having started her career as a freelance graphic designer over 20 years ago, Tanya’s past experiences have taken her through many adventures. She’s witnessed a mixed bag of career driven highs and sadly demoralising lows that have included prejudices, and later, a redundancy in 2017. This became her trigger for wanting to make a name for herself as the go-to expert in her field, and to stop being the best kept secret. She has been able to turn what would typically feel like discouraging rejections into the start of her greatest journey yet.
After having officially registered her business in 2019, Tanya has since evolved into an inspiring brand specialist, motivating others to realise that they are more than what they see. Throughout her work, she instills her Group’s primary values of Guide, Grounding and Growth, and it’s in the Branding arm of her business, where she helps business owners in the coaching space to stand out from their competition, make better connections, build better authoritative reputations all so that they can win new business and ultimately earn more.
